Each pad is crafted from moleskin, which is a densely woven fabric that is durable, thick, versatile, and soft. The protective pad attaches directly to your left or right foot with a gentle adhesive backing. The moleskin design can also be attached to the inside of your shoes to improve a too-large fit. The pads are tan in color to be nondescript. Each foot pad sheet measures 3-3/8 x 4-1/8 inches, but they can be cut to fit the desired area. One size fits most adults.
